Wow. These guys are spectacular.

House Math

An easy to understand cost benefit analysis of what it means to buy a house in a major big city in the US, includes monthly cost vs. appreciation charts, etc.

Very cool concept. Can’t say I’m digging the design though, I think the UI is fine but just needs to be prettied up. Lots of AJAX, and pretty well executed.
